Heat shock proteins have been written recently. It is the major factor in building the muscle mass in the effective workout routine. The heat shock proteins like aka HSP`s are proteins with in the body which raises internally with in a muscle .Heat shock proteins is subjected to elevated temperatures and a high form of stress. The heat shock proteins increases the proteins synthesis. It is also shown that the higher the amount of lactic acid in muscle the higher the amount of HSP`s is formed. The factors which increase the HSP are decreased glucose availability, internal temperature elevation, reduced blood flow to the muscle and increased intracellular calcium levels.
