Which is better for me? Goji Juice or Dried Goji Berries?

Goji juice seems to be the winner in comparison. Adults and children can quickly swallow the drink even if they do not care for its flavor. It can also be drunk with a snack such as a muffin. Goji juice can be mixed with other juices to create an even more beneficial drink. When children have goji juice with other types, they have an increased level of energy. This energy will help them throughout the day to stay active. It also can help them stay more alert and focused while at school. (more…)
